1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Game. If you are using the Game on behalf of a minor, you are responsible for ensuring their compliance with these Terms.

2License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game on a device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Game, in whole or in part, except as permitted by applicable law.

3User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the Game for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game, its systems, or related networks;
• interfere with or disrupt the Game’s operation; or
• use any automated system (bots, scripts, cheats, or hacks) to access or play the Game.

4Intellectual Property

The Game, including all characters, graphics, sounds, music, code, and other content, is owned by Gazzini Games Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

5Advertising

The Game is free to download and play, and is supported by advertising. The Game displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including banner ads, full-screen (interstitial) ads shown between levels, and optional rewarded ads that you can choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit, such as a hint or a board reshuffle. You are never required to watch a rewarded ad.

These networks may collect and use information about your device and app usage, in accordance with their own privacy policies, to deliver and measure ads. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. Where required by applicable law (including for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or under the age of majority in the United States), we will seek appropriate consent before showing personalized advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6Purchases

The Game does not currently offer in-app purchases. If we add them in the future, they will be processed through Google Play and will be subject to Google Play’s payment terms and refund policies, and we will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy before they become available.

7Game Data and Updates

Your game progress, scores, and settings are saved locally on your device. We do not provide cloud backup, and we are not responsible for any loss of saved data, for example if you uninstall the Game, clear its data, or change or reset your device.

The Game may connect to the internet to check whether a newer version is available and to display ads. We may release updates to fix problems, add features, or change the Game, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time.

8Third-Party Services

The Game is distributed through Google Play and uses third-party services such as Google AdMob. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third parties.

9Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gazzini Games Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Game, are governed by the laws of England and Wales in the United Kingdom, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

1Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to any personal information about you. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not have access to the information stored on your device. The only information about you that is collected when you play the Game is collected by third-party services, as described in sections 3 and 4 below.

2Information Stored on Your Device

The Game saves the following information locally on your device so that it can work properly:

• your current game in progress, level, and score;
• your high scores and which difficulty levels you have unlocked;
• your settings, such as language, music and sound volume, and vibration (haptics) preferences; and
• whether you have completed the tutorial.

This information stays on your device and is never sent to us or to any third party by the Game.

3Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game displays ads served by Google AdMob, including banner ads, full-screen ads between levels, and optional rewarded ads. To deliver, personalize, and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, Google and its ad partners may automatically collect information from your device, which can include:

• your device’s advertising ID (a resettable identifier);
• your IP address and the approximate location it indicates;
• device and software information, such as model, operating system version, language, and screen size; and
• information about how you interact with ads and the app, such as ad impressions and clicks.

This information is collected and processed directly by Google under Google’s Privacy Policy (see also how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services). We do not receive your personal data from Google; we only see aggregated reports about ad performance.

Consent and choices. Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), the Game asks for your consent using Google’s consent management tools before showing personalized ads, and you can decline. On Android, you can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization at any time in your device’s settings (typically Settings → Google → Ads, though the exact path varies by device).

4Network Requests

The Game connects to the internet to load ads and to check whether a newer version of the Game is available. The update check downloads a small public file from a third-party hosting service (GitHub). The Game does not send any personal information or game data in this request. Like any internet connection, it exposes your IP address and standard technical information (such as the type of device and app) to the hosting service, which may process them under its own privacy policy.

5In-App Purchases

The Game does not currently offer in-app purchases. If purchases are added in the future, they will be processed entirely by Google Play, and we will not receive or store your payment card details. We will update this Privacy Policy before any such feature becomes available.

6Information Collected by Google Play

Google Play, the store you used to download the Game, may independently collect information about your download and use of the Game in accordance with its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review Google’s Privacy Policy for more information.

7How We Use Information

Because we do not collect personal information ourselves, we do not use, sell, rent, or share any personal data about you. The information collected by advertising partners as described in section 3 is used by them only for the purposes described there.

8Children’s Privacy

Fruit Puzzle is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the Game, please contact us using the details below.

9Data Security

Because your game data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us, its security depends on the security of your own device. We recommend keeping your device’s operating system and security settings up to date.

10Data Retention and Your Choices

Your locally saved game data remains on your device until you clear the Game’s data or uninstall the Game, at which point it is deleted along with the rest of the app’s files. We do not retain any copy of this data, since it is never sent to us. Data held by Google or other third parties, as described above, is retained under their own policies.

11Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or California privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to or opt out of certain processing such as personalized advertising. Because we do not hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access or delete. For data processed by Google, you can exercise your rights through your Google Account and your device’s ad settings. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact us.

12Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when new features are introduced. We will update the “Last updated” date above whenever we make changes, and significant changes will be reflected in the Game’s update notes where practical.
